Nexelec ORIGIN+ is a smart smoke detector designed for modern building management. Thanks to its integration with the LoRaWAN network, it enables remote monitoring of device status, including battery level and functionality, without the need for physical inspection. The detector is equipped with sensors for measuring temperature and humidity, contributing to a better understanding and management of the indoor environment.
The device supports the interconnection of up to 25 detectors and accessories, allowing synchronized alarm activation in the event of smoke detection. The electronic maintenance function allows recording and tracking maintenance history via a secure NFC chip, facilitating compliance with safety regulations.
Installation is flexible, allowing mounting on a wall or ceiling using screws or approved 3M adhesive tape.
