Industrial IoT kit

HARDWARIO TOWER is an industrial building block that makes it easy to build IoT projects. It finds applications especially in Industry 4.0 pilots, active STEM education and smart home projects. The assembled sensors, detectors and actuators have low power consumption and run on batteries.

The Clime set

The Clime kit measures temperature, relative humidity, light intensity and atmospheric pressure.

The Clime Kit includes:

The kit does not include the Radio Dongle, which you need to communicate with your computer. If you don't have it yet, be sure to buy it.

Projects

Since it also includes a Core Module equipped with a 3-axis accelerometer and digital thermometer, the kit can be used for a variety of other projects. The basic projects are available on the web.

HARDWARIO Playground

The kit includes the HARDWARIO Playground app, which can be downloaded for Windows, macOS and Linux computers. With the application, you connect the assembled devices to the created radio network, set the purpose of each device according to the selected firmware, and add the required functions using the Node-RED application. The open-source kit passes its data over MQTT, so you can process it further in Node-RED, InfluxDB and Grafana, for example. Introducing HARDWARIO Playground

  • Use the product only for its intended use and within the operating conditions given in its documentation.
  • Do not modify the product beyond what the documentation describes. Do not use a visibly damaged product.
  • The product is not designed for potentially explosive atmospheres.
  • The modules are electronic assemblies sensitive to electrostatic discharge: hold them by the edges and touch a grounded object first.
  • Power them only as described in the documentation (USB, a battery module or the Power Module).
  • Keep small parts out of the reach of small children.
  • Replace the batteries only with the type given in the documentation and insert them with the correct polarity (+ and −).
  • Never recharge primary (non-rechargeable) cells. Do not short-circuit, open, crush or heat batteries and do not throw them into fire.
  • Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
