The Milesight EM400-MUD-868M is a versatile ultrasonic sensor for smart waste, parking, and distance measurement. It supports multiple preset modes (Standard, Bin, Parking Lot) and ensures precise detection with minimal blind zones.
The rugged IP67-rated enclosure protects the device in outdoor conditions. Additional sensors include a 3-axis accelerometer for tilt detection and an NTC thermometer for fire monitoring. Powered by two 9000 mAh batteries, it can operate for up to 10 years.
Configuration is handled via NFC and mobile app, seamlessly integrating into LoRaWAN® networks and Milesight IoT Cloud for monitoring and alerts.
Before you install
- Setup: via the Milesight ToolBox app (NFC).
- Power: 2× lithium batteries (ER26500, C-size), ~10-year life.
- Data: over LoRaWAN — needs a LoRaWAN gateway to send data (sold separately); remote monitoring via the Milesight platform is free for up to 10 devices.
