The Milesight GS601 is a compact LoRaWAN®-based detector engineered to identify vaping, smoking, and air quality deviations across indoor spaces. It monitors temperature, humidity, total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), and particulate matter (PM1.0/2.5/10), activating both buzzer and LED alerts when configured thresholds are exceeded. The design includes anti-interference filtering against water vapor or gas, plus a built-in vibration sensor for tamper detection.
Seamless NFC configuration and OTA upgrades make deployment and management simple. Ideal for restrooms, classrooms, stairwells, and apartments, the GS601 integrates with any standard LoRaWAN® gateway or Milesight IoT Platform to enable real-time monitoring and alerts.
Before you install
- Setup: via the Milesight ToolBox app (NFC).
- Power: USB-C (5 V/1 A), no battery — at the ceiling plan a power feed (or a PoE splitter).
- Alerts: sounds a local buzzer and LED when thresholds are exceeded; data via a LoRaWAN gateway (sold separately) for remote monitoring.
