The Milesight WS201 is a wireless fill-level monitoring sensor that securely monitors a small container’s fill level, especially tissue boxes, using precise Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensing. With only 1 to 55 cm detection, it delivers accurate, non-contact measurements and supports low-level percentage-based alerts. It is designed for real-world settings with a moisture-resistant coating and ultra-compact design that fits metal environments like restroom stalls.
Battery-powered via a single coin cell (CR2450) lasts around 2 years and is easily configured via NFC with mobile apps. Compatible with standard LoRaWAN® networks and Milesight IoT Cloud, it enables real-time monitoring and automatic alerts, perfect for maintaining hygiene, reducing waste, and streamlining maintenance.
Before you install
- Setup: via the Milesight ToolBox app (NFC).
- Power: a replaceable CR2450 battery, ~3.6-year life.
- Data: over LoRaWAN — needs a LoRaWAN gateway to send data (sold separately); remote monitoring via the Milesight platform is free for up to 10 devices.
