GAUGER is a robust industrial IoT device that collects production data, helping manufacturers optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. It reads industrial logic signals from machines (24V PNP/NPN) on four galvanically isolated inputs and connects to the network via Ethernet or WiFi. The device enables accurate cycle tracking, OK/NOK unit counting and energy consumption monitoring. Your own systems can then calculate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) from these counts.

With built-in Modbus server support and an integrated HTTP API, GAUGER simplifies integration into industrial systems. Its DIN-mountable design ensures easy installation, while the web interface allows for intuitive configuration. Remote firmware updates over WiFi further enhance maintainability.

Examples of use: Monitoring production line efficiency, tracking machine uptime and optimizing energy consumption.
