GAUGER is a robust industrial IoT device that collects real-time production data, helping manufacturers optimize efficiency and reduce downtime. It connects to PLCs or standalone machinery via Ethernet or WiFi and supports industrial logic inputs (24V PNP). The device enables accurate cycle tracking, OK/NOK unit counting, and energy consumption monitoring, providing valuable insights for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) analysis.
With built-in Modbus server support and an integrated HTTP API, GAUGER simplifies integration into industrial systems. Its DIN-mountable design ensures easy installation, while the web interface allows for intuitive configuration. Remote firmware updates over WiFi further enhance maintainability.
