Safety information

• Read the documentation at docs.hardwario.com before installing the product.
• Use the product only for its intended use and within the operating conditions given in its documentation.
• Do not modify the product beyond what the documentation describes. Do not use a visibly damaged product.
• The product is not designed for potentially explosive atmospheres.
• The modules are electronic assemblies sensitive to electrostatic discharge: hold them by the edges and touch a grounded object first.
• Power them only as described in the documentation (USB, a battery module or the Power Module).
• Keep small parts out of the reach of small children.
• Connect the sensor only to HARDWARIO devices as described in the documentation.
• Route and fix the cable so that it cannot be damaged or pinched and nobody can trip over it.
• Observe the temperature range and the ingress protection given in the documentation.
• Replace the batteries only with the type given in the documentation and insert them with the correct polarity (+ and −).
• Never recharge primary (non-rechargeable) cells. Do not short-circuit, open, crush or heat batteries and do not throw them into fire.
• Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
• A damaged or leaking battery can overheat or catch fire: take it out of service and do not touch leaking electrolyte.
