CHESTER Enclosure E2-LP

The CHESTER Enclosure E2-LP is a factory-prepared housing for the HARDWARIO CHESTER IoT platform, built on the Takachi WP13-18-5 industrial box. It measures 130 × 175 × 45 mm and is rated IP67, so a CHESTER mainboard together with its batteries and extension modules can be deployed outdoors, in utility shafts or in industrial plant. All openings, glands and the antenna pigtail are fitted at the factory — which is exactly what keeps the box sealed, because every hole drilled later is a hole in the ingress protection.

The E2-LP is the four-cable variant: four M8 cable glands are already fitted, so up to four sensor or signal cables can be led in separately, each keeping its own seal, instead of being bundled through one oversized entry. In HARDWARIO's enclosure overview the E2 configuration is the one listed for CHESTER Counter, where every pulse input arrives on its own cable. Like the rest of the -LP range it has a light pipe that brings the board's status LED to the surface of the lid, and an opening for an external antenna terminated with a u.FL/SMA pigtail; the L in the ordering code denotes the light-coloured shell.
