The Milesight EM500-PP-868M measures liquid and gas pressure in pipes and tanks under harsh conditions. A vented-gauge element gives a 0–1600 kPa (16 bar) range with ±0.5 % FS accuracy and a G½" male process connection; the stainless-steel 316L (IP65) probe connects to the IP67 transceiver by a 1.5 m cable.

A replaceable 19000 mAh Li-SOCl₂ battery lasts up to 10 years. It supports Milesight D2D, local storage with retransmission and threshold alarms, and is configured via NFC or USB-C — ideal for pipeline and tank pressure, oil & gas, and pump monitoring.

Before you install

  • Setup: via the Milesight ToolBox app (NFC) or over USB-C.
  • Power: a built-in lithium battery (ER34615), up to ~10-year life.
  • Data: over LoRaWAN — needs a LoRaWAN gateway to send data (sold separately); remote monitoring via the Milesight platform is free for up to 10 devices. Also supports Milesight D2D for direct control without a gateway.
