Milesight VS351 - Mini AI Thermopile People Counter

The Milesight VS351-868M is a compact overhead people counter combining an AI-driven thermopile sensor to count people entering and exiting a doorway or passage. Because it senses body heat rather than optical images, it delivers bi-directional footfall analytics while remaining 100 % anonymous and GDPR compliant, with an AI algorithm that filters out side-by-side and U-turn walkers.

Mounted at 2–3 m it covers a detection width of up to 3.6 m at up to 90 % accuracy. It communicates over LoRaWAN® Class A (EU868) with Milesight D2D and NFC configuration. This version is USB-C powered (5 V / 1 A); a battery-powered version with radar presence detection is also available.

Before you install

• Setup: via the Milesight ToolBox app (NFC).
• Power: 4× lithium batteries (ER26500, C-size) or USB-C.
• Data: over LoRaWAN — needs a LoRaWAN gateway to send data (sold separately); remote monitoring via the Milesight platform is free for up to 10 devices. Also supports Milesight D2D for direct control without a gateway.
