The Milesight VS370-868M combines 24 GHz millimeter-wave radar with a PIR sensor to detect both moving people and slight (micro) movements such as breathing. The radar covers a 150° angle with a 7.5 m movement / 4.8 m micro-movement range, while the PIR adds a 110° area up to 7 m, at up to 99 % recognition. A built-in light sensor reports Bright/Dim so it works in complete darkness.
It captures no images — detection relies solely on reflected radio signals — making it suitable for privacy-sensitive spaces. Two replaceable Li-SOCl₂ batteries give around 6 years of operation; it reports over LoRaWAN® Class A (EU868) and can act as a Milesight D2D controller to trigger lighting or HVAC directly.
Before you install
- Setup: via the Milesight ToolBox app (Bluetooth or NFC).
- Power: 2× lithium batteries (ER14505) included, ~6-year life.
- Data: via a LoRaWAN gateway for remote monitoring (sold separately), or via Milesight D2D to trigger another device directly without a gateway.
