The Milesight WS202-868M detects motion and occupancy with a passive-infrared sensor up to 8 m across a 120° horizontal × 100° vertical field of view, and a built-in light sensor reports a Bright or Dark status against a user-defined threshold (1–60000 lux range). It supports Milesight D2D for direct, low-latency control of other devices without a gateway.
Powered by a 1650 mAh Li-SOCl₂ battery for several years, the compact 50 × 50 × 23.8 mm IP30 sensor mounts on flat surfaces with screws or 3M tape and is configured via NFC — for smart homes, offices, schools and warehouses.
Before you install
- Setup: via the Milesight ToolBox app (NFC).
- Power: a lithium battery (ER14335), ~4-year life.
- Data: over LoRaWAN — needs a LoRaWAN gateway to send data (sold separately); remote monitoring via the Milesight platform is free for up to 10 devices. Also supports Milesight D2D for direct control without a gateway.
