The Milesight WT303-868M is a room thermostat for 2-pipe and 4-pipe fan-coil units with 3-speed fans. It drives switch-type (on/off) motorized valves and the fan with Heat, Cool and Ventilation modes, supports up to 8 plans of 16 schedules each, and offers open-window detection, freeze protection, fan delay and child lock. A dry-contact input allows keycard/magnet switching.
A 2.7" E-Ink screen shows temperature, humidity and status from the onboard CMOSens sensor; an external NTC input is also provided. It is mains-powered (100–240 VAC), communicates over LoRaWAN® Class C with Milesight D2D, and is BACnet-compatible via Milesight gateways. Configuration is via NFC.

- Setup: via the Milesight ToolBox app (NFC).
- Power: mains 100–240 V — wired by an electrician.
- Control: controls fan-coil units (2/4-pipe, 3-speed fan and valves); remotely via a LoRaWAN gateway (sold separately) or directly via Milesight D2D.
