The Milesight WT401-868M is a wireless room thermostat that acts as the control interface for HVAC systems. Rather than switching loads directly, it commands equipment through a BMS or a paired Milesight HVAC controller over LoRaWAN®, and can drive radiators via WT101/WT102. It supports Heat, Emergency Heat, Cool and Auto modes with up to 8 working plans, plus PIR occupancy detection for energy saving.
A 2.7" E-Ink screen shows room status, while onboard CMOSens temperature/humidity sensors and the PIR enable presence-based control. It runs wire-free on two replaceable Li-SOCl₂ batteries (up to ~5 years) or on wired power (24 V AC/DC, USB-C, PowerBus). Configuration is via NFC or Bluetooth 5.0.
Before you install
- Setup: via the Milesight ToolBox app (NFC).
- Power: choose one: batteries (ER14505), 24 V, USB-C, or Powerbus from an HVAC controller.
- Control: acts as a room interface — it does not switch loads itself; it pairs with a Milesight HVAC controller or WT101/WT102 heads. Connects via a LoRaWAN gateway (sold separately).
