The Milesight WTS506-868M is an all-in-one solar-powered LoRaWAN® weather station measuring six atmospheric parameters — air temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, barometric pressure and rainfall — using ultrasonic wind sensing and a piezoelectric rain sensor. It is housed in a waterproof, UV- and salt-spray-resistant enclosure for harsh outdoor use.
The system comprises the WTS506 sensor, the WTS Hub and a 15 W solar panel (all ship together). It stores 19,000+ records and transmits up to 15 km line of sight, suiting meteorology, smart agriculture and smart buildings. Configured via NFC or USB-C.
Before you install
- Setup: via the Milesight ToolBox app (NFC) or over USB-C.
- Power: solar panel and backup battery, ~a week without sun.
- Data: over LoRaWAN — needs a LoRaWAN gateway to send data (sold separately); remote monitoring via the Milesight platform is free for up to 10 devices.

Safety information
