Description

The rotary encoder contains 12 positions. The rotation is not limited, for example, with a potentiometer. The encoder can be rotated bidirectionally without limitation of the number of positions. The module was designed primarily as an add-on for the LCD Module. Its typical use is in a wireless thermostat, where the encoder can be used to navigate a graphic menu. The Encoder Module has three five-pin rails on which any TOWER tag can be connected. Important: The aluminum knob is not sold together with the module. It can be purchased as a separate accessory.
